We are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business Days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

 


Carrier Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:


  • Carrier volume or operational delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Public holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Sculpta Method is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has been shipped.

 

Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.

If your tracking link does not show updates immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to refresh.


If your package shows as in transit, it is actively moving through the carrier network.


Undelivered or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute or chargeback. We are happy to assist and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
