Refund policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Sculpta store.

Because our products come into direct contact with the skin, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are accepted only if:

  • The product arrives damaged, or

  • The product is defective upon arrival.

If your order falls into one of the above categories, you must notify us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or altered

  • Products without original packaging

  • Digital items or gift codes once delivered

Refund Amount

Once a refund is approved, the cost of the item will be refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and delivery costs are non-refundable.

If your order included a free digital item (such as a guide or code), its value may be deducted from the refund.
